At Grofit Nation, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and Shopify services. However, if you wish to cancel or request a refund, please review the following policy.
🔁 Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available within 3 days of the initial payment.
- If the request is made after 3 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- No Refund on Completed Work:
- Once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
- For long-term or phased projects, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
🧾 Cancellation Policy
- Project-Based Services:
- If a client cancels the project mid-way, payment will be due as per the following:
- 10 days of work: 33% payment
- 20 days of work: 66% payment
- 30+ days: 100% payment
- Work progress will be calculated based on daily/weekly milestones and records.
- If a client cancels the project mid-way, payment will be due as per the following:
- Payment Structure:
- One-time services: 50% advance payment is required.
- Long-term or monthly services: 30% advance payment required to initiate.
- No Trial or Free Sample Work:
- We do not offer sample work or free trials before advance payment.
📩 How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

- Grofit Nation reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
