Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At Grofit Nation, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and Shopify services. However, if you wish to cancel or request a refund, please review the following policy.

🔁 Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are only available within 3 days of the initial payment.
    • If the request is made after 3 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  2. No Refund on Completed Work:
    • Once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
    • For long-term or phased projects, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

🧾 Cancellation Policy

  1. Project-Based Services:
    • If a client cancels the project mid-way, payment will be due as per the following:
      • 10 days of work: 33% payment
      • 20 days of work: 66% payment
      • 30+ days: 100% payment
    • Work progress will be calculated based on daily/weekly milestones and records.
  2. Payment Structure:
    • One-time services: 50% advance payment is required.
    • Long-term or monthly services: 30% advance payment required to initiate.
  3. No Trial or Free Sample Work:
    • We do not offer sample work or free trials before advance payment.

📩 How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

  1. Email your request to info@grofitnation.com with your payment details and reason for refund/cancellation.
  2. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, you may contact us on:

We aim to resolve refund and cancellation requests within 7 working days

  • Grofit Nation reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
  • All services are offered in good faith, and we expect respectful and clear communication during cancellation discussions.
